When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 72 hours from confirmation.
Is COD available?
Yes. COD is available for everyone, subject to checkout and courier serviceability.
Can I return or exchange?
Returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 days from delivery, subject to item condition and store approval.
How are refunds processed?
Prepaid refunds are processed as instant refunds after approval. COD refunds are issued as City of Domes gift cards/store credit.
