Return and Exchange Policy

Returns can be requested within 7 days from delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Exchanges can be requested within 7 days from delivery. Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Prepaid orders are eligible for instant refund after the return is approved as per store checks. COD order refunds are issued as a City of Domes gift card/store credit.
